Many of you have closely followed the case of Justin Wolfe who has a strong claim of innocence. In December his case was heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, one of the last stages in the appeals process. The 4th Circuit has now issued an opinion that sent his case back to district court for a hearing on several of his claims. This is a great outcome and leaves the door open for exoneration!
