VADP would like to thank Bishop Francis X. DiLorenzo and the people of the Catholic Diocese of Richmond for their generous contribution of $2,500 from their diocesan Respect Life Fund. This fund will support over thirty programs that protect and promote human life in Virginia and at the international level and we are grateful to be one of the programs that the Office of Peace and Justice has chosen to support. The Respect Life Fund is made possible by a collection that is taken up in all parishes in the Diocese each January. We would like to let the people of the Catholic Diocese of Richmond know that their contributions are going toward promoting human life through seeking alternatives to the death penalty. Our education and outreach to the public and elected officials as well as our advocacy efforts are made possible through your generous contributions.
