Attorneys for a Virginia inmate set to be executed later this month are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to block the execution. Darick Walker's attorneys say executing him May 20 would be unconstitutional because of his subaverage intellectual functioning and because of conflicting testimony of two eyewitnesses in his case. |
