The Voice - GA sustains Kaine's vetoes on all death penalty bills

The Virginia Senate has voted to sustain Gov. Tim Kaine’s vetoes on all five bills to expand the death penalty.
These bills (HB 2358, SB 961, SB 1409, HB 2638 and SB 1069) collectively would have expanded the death penalty in three ways.
